I met with the Dr one time for my initial appointment. She was very quick to start suggesting medication when lifestyle changes would have sufficed, per my new pcp. They do not answer the phone ever. I have been calling and calling to cancel the appointment they automatically set for me so that I don't get charged the no show fee. This is why I never went back. If you can't answer your phone, at least get an answering service! It just rings forever then hangs up

I need a prescription refill I’ve been taking for 2 years, however I was told I need to make an appointment to get a refill. I know in the state of Arizona, the laws around prescriptions are looser than other states. I know I shouldn’t need to see a doctor because my prescription isn’t a Schedule II drug. It’s making something that should be easy into an ordeal that shouldn’t be had. I wish the office staff was more helpful.

Dr. Bains is my doctor. I find she is attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable to my needs and care. There was a short period of time when the office had set times of answering the phones and office efficient means of responding to requests and callbacks, but that has changed. This is a small office, staff are pleasant and I refer others to this practice. Referrals, refills, results, and follow-ups are done in a timely manner. This doctor and office are keepers!

She's so caring and listens to you and doesn't force pills into . She's wants your problem to be cured not covered up with pills. When I go in my blood pressure is perfect till she walks in in goes up only because she's so dam pretty great doctor ♥️ my insurance carriers told me she's there top on there list
