Dr. J and his team have been excellent. They were quick to get me fixed, and quick to respond with any questions I may have.
The staff is very friendly. They told me they would call me the next day. They had a situation and forgot, they apologized and tried to make it right. He is doing my surgery on 12/2/2025.
I was told that I would be seeing the surgeon, that didn’t happen. I saw an RN or PA that seemed totally incompetent. Absolutely the worst office staff I’ve experienced. A disgrace, to put it mildly. A simple task of an email or fax was is asking just, to much from them. A direct reflection of what this Neurosurgeon skills must be like, in my opinion. I wonder just how he runs his operating room!
Dr. Jag did my 2nd back surgery that was needed in my middle back. 1st surgery was my lower back. The surgery went amazing and the recovery so far has been great. The best part was I didn’t need my pain meds for to long. What an awesome Doctor!!!!! The staff are amazing also. The girls are very helpful.
