Amazing Doctor, have had two spinal surgeries now from him,c spine and thoracic spine both of which where complex cases, as I have multi levels degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis both surgeries I have had with him are great not much pain,recovery....had previous lumbar surgery by another neurosurgeon but wasnt as easy recovery.....Dr. Jay has great beside manners and very caring goes abound beyond measures for his patient.. thank you Dr. JAY.. 😊 You have helped get my life going again in the right direction..
Dr. Jag did my 2nd back surgery that was needed in my middle back. 1st surgery was my lower back. The surgery went amazing and the recovery so far has been great. The best part was I didn’t need my pain meds for to long. What an awesome Doctor!!!!! The staff are amazing also. The girls are very helpful.
I was seen at Dr. Jagannathan's West Branch office l. The staff are very friendly and professional. I saw the Nurse Practioner today for my initial visit. She was very caring and knowledgeable about my issues. She suggested other options that I may or may not be suited for. She spoke in plain English and telling me what is involved with my options. I definitely recommend this practice.
Everyone from receptionist, medical assistants, PA, Pain Doctors and Doctor himself were awesome! So nice everytime. Very impressed. Scheduling spinal injections in Bay City they asked if I wanted to be sedated…. I had no clue. They said some need it others said it was ok. Seeing the concern on my face the MA said I will go to Bay City tomorrow and be there don’t worry. I was in the West Branch office. I’m just very happy with my choice to go there. Wonderful medical staff! This was my first time getting the injection in my neck. They explained everything they were going to do. Fantastic place to go. If they had 10 stars i would definitely give them that. I also got a call today asking how i was doing. That was awesome!! That just shows you how much they care! Thank to you all!!
