I have to agree with the last one star post on google reviews. Jag repairs had my car in twice for the exact same problem, kept it for over a week each time, put many other newer jobs ahead of me and just let my car sit in their shop, and yes it came back scratched too. Jag Repairs -both guys owner and mechanic keeps telling me that all Jaguars are not build well and they are not a good car to own.
