Lady in the BMW drives like a crazy person.
We recently had a water leak that caused mold in our master bathroom, down into the kitchen and dining room. Not something we asked for, but that is life and we were facing the problem head on. Very unresponsive, never emailed me the “form” needed to take photos after I was told that would happen. I then had to call again and was told it’d be sent and I’m still waiting, this was over a week ago. I guess redoing a master shower isn’t an important job to take on
