I was disappointed with JagONE in Wayne, NJ. Very little personal engagement and inattentive staff. Was given wrong exercises, wrong reps, and wrong weight and also left. Mop,Steph on my own after being asked if I knew my routine. After a few session I dropped JagONE and went somewhere else which was much, much better. I don’t recommend JagONE at all.

I cannot recommend ProFitness highly enough. They treat patients with one on one care and dignity. If you need physical therapy, this is the best place to go. Most recently I’ve been working with Jennifer on a rotator cuff injury and building back stamina after much inactivity after Covid-19. She is responsive to any issues I encounter with exercises and explains clearly how one movement affects another and how the body works. o not go here, I promise you this place is a scam. I had two sessions, which are only 30 minutes - not enough time to get anything productive done. The first two sessions were mostly talking, we did two exercises in the second session before "time was up". We should have accomplished the activities in one session not in two. This place definitely targets the elderly, who don't know any better and can easily be taken advantage of. They are just trying to get as many sessions as possible with no real progress. Please be aware of getting unwanted bills. We were told that you will be billed this much amount and negotiated amount per visit, and we were paying the bills upfront, but still getting the bills in email. we have sent follow up email to owner, Amit, but no response. Also physical therapy is average. Not recommended!
