What an amazing office! Five stars all around, from scheduling my appointment to insurance verification and billing. Aurora at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She took all of my information for my out-of-state insurance and made sure to verify the fees and rates ahead of time, which made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend! A coworker recommended Jag after she had back surgery and came here for her therapy. So glad I listened and came here when I had back issues. The entire staff is wonderful! They make you feel very welcome and at ease. Aurora at the front desk, Amir who assists Grace and of course Grace who is absolute fantastic!!!!!! She is extremely personable, knowledgeable and really listened to come up with the best plan for me.
