Brandon my therapist is the best. He listens to what you want to achieve and works with you to accomplish your goals. The facility itself is centrally located, the equipment is new and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Having PT with Brandon at JAG has been so rewarding. A great professional team and they are warm and friendly.
I came in for a trial session for hip and knee pain and was told I would only need to pay for the first visit upfront. After deciding not to continue because the session felt generic and not very attentive, I was later billed for additional sessions that had been pre-scheduled to meet my deductible, which had not been clearly explained. Communication with the office about this was frustrating, and I ultimately paid close to $300 for one unsatisfactory session.
