The team is amazing. They work very well together and make sure all your needs are met. From the moment you arrive, everyone is friendly, attentive, and focused on making you feel comfortable throughout the recovery process. The team takes the time to understand your needs, answer questions, and make sure you are progressing safely without taking short cuts. They are professional, supportive and genuinely committed to helping you regain your strength, mobility, to get you back to where you were before the injury.

Manager is awful and unprofessional at the 782 New York location. She seems to have very little knowledge on how to do her job or explain processes. Her knowledge is very superficial and unwilling to help or go the extra mile. Zero for customer service. She should not work in this neighborhood.

I had a great experience at JAG Physical Therapy. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful. They took the time to explain the exercises and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. I really appreciate the care and attention I received. I would definitely recommend JAG Physical Therapy to others.
