Jag is a very good clinic. John Hollnagel manages a great staff that is very attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
In the beginning I received great treatment, but things began to deteriorate due to one assistant Carrie who I found lazy and rude. When I expressed my feelings, she refused to assist me, leaving me to figure out my therapy alone. The main assistant Shari who displayed discriminatory undertones, took her side and dismissed me from further therapy. The supervisor never replied to my complaint at all. Meanwhile I'm left in discomfort and pain.
