The clinical director Dale at Vernon JAG is knowledgeable. compassionate and caring. Her professional but personal work ethic makes her patients feel comfortable. She has been a tremendous help.. Her staff is wonderful also and very helpful.. Highly recommend the Vernon JAG center and will go there again if the need arises in the future.
I came in with 3 body injuries from a mva. Dale has worked so hard on me to get better and feel comfortable. My shoulder seems to be healing nicely. My neck and back need a surgeon unfortunately, but Dale has done wonders making me feel comfortable while I await surgery. She's very thorough with explaining what is going on in my body with feeling different things. I've been going to Jag since end of Jan and all of the staff is amazing.
