I am not sure how this place got such great reviews when I am not even able to schedule an appointment. I just tried calling 3 times to schedule my first appointment and was not successful. My first call, I was left on hold for more than 5 minutes so I hung up and waited a few minutes to call back. My second time calling the line rang, recording came on advising 'call maybe recorded' and then the line disconnected. Excellent staff, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Their love of flowers as seen from the street indicates caring people there. I know they will be able to help me.
everyone at JAG is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend their services.
Great, friendly atmosphere. I've had a few physical therapists in my time and Greg is by far my favorite. He's friendly, attentive and there's a good vibe in there that carries over to the rest of the staff and other patients. I hope I don't have a need for any more PT, but if I do I'm going back to Greg.
