I worked with Alka for the past 5 months and it was an awesome experience! I feel like she always pushed me to work harder and cheered me on, even at the break of dawn. I’m really appreciative of her great efforts, especially since my injury wasn’t an easy fix. She really tried all her methods and powers to rehabilitate me and it really payed off! I’m now back to my regular activities and working harder to improve form where I left off. Thank you Alka for everything!

My physical therapist knew what she was talking about. She knew what questions to ask, where the pain might be coming from and tailored the exercises accordingly. After the very first session, I was noticeably better. Would definitely recommend.
Jill and the whole team at this Jag location is exceptional, would highly recommend their help in PT needs.
Visited three time for my frozen shoulder. All three sessions I was given different exercises which I understand because the Indian PT lady (sorry don't remember the name) was trying different exercises. However, she expected to remember all the exercises (that she kept changing) and triple booked my 3rd visit and I was not given any attention so I stopped visiting. Only reason I'm giving two starts is because all the other staffs were very friendly and one of the PT apologized on behalf of this inattentive PT lady.
