Fumbling clown in the front desk wants the patient to run the phones with insurance to get authorizations & approvals ... Despite submitting all required creditinals on July 12th, that's FULL 12 days prior to first scheduled PT visit on July 24th! & despite coverage by an overlapping insurance plans, guaranteeing coverage & payments every time for any service provided in the SAME JAG facility last year, and frankly elsewhere, never had an issue with two perfectly functional overlapping insurance plans. Nice open area gym with lovely staff.
Incredibly knowledgeable and professional practice. Walked in with a very specific issue but the staff thoroughly evaluated me to identify a number of deeper, long-term ones that allowed more comprehensive and encompassing treatment. Working with the team made me feel better than I have in 5 years. Worked mostly with Nicolette, but would recommend her and Anna both.
