An exceptional first visit at Jag Medical with Dr. Gross and his team! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. For over a decade, we have been cared for by Dr. Gross, following him from his former Baycare association to his private practice. He is a responsive, knowledgable, proactive physician, but humble enough to provide the follow-up research when we seek more information. He has helped us through both physical and emotional issues. He is our doc but we feel connected to him like a friend or family member.
Dr Gross is one of the most arrogant egotistical doctors I've ever had he does not care to listen to you or your problems his hubris knows no bounds he knows better than you no matter what you have to say about the matter Even when you have documented proof that you have the same exact problem and last time it takes him 2 years to finally give you an infection medicine I've been begging him for literally had to come to his office crying almost dead before I got in an infection medicine And guess what The infection medicine h... read more
