One of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. He made an ignorant and offensive comment suggesting that people from my background “usually have bad teeth.” There is absolutely no excuse for a healthcare professional to speak this way to a patient. This doctor is strange, he told me likes to have a ice pack underneath his bum while working out. Like who tells that to their patients. The whole experience felt awkward. Zero professionalism.
I had three root canals overa two years span 2018-2019 and now 6 years later all three teeth have to be removed in 2025 .Feeling a big waste of money also found him short and rude.My old dentist recommended him and I do not believe he cares about referrals or patients in general
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Referred here in October 2025 for an infected root canal, a condition that can become life-threatening if untreated. This clinic repeatedly failed to submit my CDCP preauthorization to Sun Life, despite claiming it had been sent. Even after I obtained and provided the required documents myself, the receptionist still waited over a week to say she submitted them, but after confirming with SunLife nearly 2-3 weeks later, the documents still weren’t sent or received. I have been referred to Dr Brain route canal specialist as one my route canal was complicated but Dr Brain done it very quick, professionally and in good method without any problems or pain. I really appreciated him. In case you need to see routine canal specialist I prefer Dr Brain he the best with good experience.
