One star!!!!! Nice reception Tanya! Grumpy nasty rough treatment!!! Called down my dentist… the referring dentist!!! Rude !!! Crazy wild with freezing needles!!! Old dirty wood parque floors!!!! Constant arguing and raised voice chair side assistant!!!!! Terrible nasty experience!!!!
Pathetic clinic. Staff is really rude and doesn’t know how to deal with Patients. My mom doesn’t speak English and couldn’t follow instructions and it give no right to staff to yell at her. They have a freaking toxic environment. I’ll launch a formal complaint against this dam clinic. I’ll strongly not recommend anyone going to this clinic for any dental treatments.
- Family was not allowed to stay in room even if my grandpa speaks zero English. My grandpa said he was being treated ‘rough’ and doctor has ‘heavy hand’ during the root canal. - Arrogant dentist, crown around the filling broke same day after rct as the filling is fully exposed from left side, which has much whiter appearance than the tooth structure. Would not recommend this place as Jafine and his assistant are very rude, impatient and degrading people. They both yelled at me, had no patience for my tooth situation I've been battling for 7 months than changed a diagnosis Jafine originally communicated to me 3 months prior to seeing him for my root canal scheduled yesterday.
