I have been referred to Dr Brain route canal specialist as one my route canal was complicated but Dr Brain done it very quick, professionally and in good method without any problems or pain. I really appreciated him. In case you need to see routine canal specialist I prefer Dr Brain he the best with good experience.
I didn’t want to write a review but honestly . This was the rudest dentist i have ever been to. The lady working there is much kinder and it seems like she’s use to covering his rude disrespect & being his support. I needed a root canal and I am anxious with needles .. I had nerve blocker needles as well as freezing done. The women was very nice and helped me and understood my anxiety. The worst doctor and assistant I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The worst customer service overall. The dentist is extremely rude as if he is doing you a favour and the assistant is extremely incompetent. Unable to send out an email for hours. And god forbid you lose your little prescription paper. She literally is not able to send a simple email over to the pharmacy for hours. Dogging calls. Such rude and hateful people. Do not go here! I have ever had such a bad experience anywhere else. Not even close.
My young daugter is 11 years old and they did not let me go in the room with her. The clinic was very dirty and the utensils did not look clean either.
