Went for a new patient appointment and walked out after waiting an hour to be seen, so I can't really speak to the quality of the doctors. But it is really disheartening when you are trying to seek help and this is how a medical office treats your case.
They are conartists & fraud, their entire family are fraud
Waited there till 1:30, my appointment was at 1. At 1:30 they tell me he’s eating so it’ll be another 15 minutes. Then tells me I might have to do it on an I pad when I could’ve been in my own home instead of wasting this time in the office. Selfish.
Had appointment today 2pm .they were supposed to text me when the doctor was ready however i never got a text an just got a call to reschedule it for a week later .this has happened a few weeks ago as well as i was supposed tobhave my original appt.back in march .nothing wrong with the doctors,but the office needs significant improvement with Appointment time management as i waited over 4.5 hours for the dctr to call today only to waste my afternoon.
