The staff is very competent, caring and good at what they do, from the front office staff to the nurses to the assistants and the doctors! I saw Dr. Smith recently and have only heard excellent reviews about their other new doctor, Dr. Schuster. I am so glad we have these providers locally! I even take my teens to them. Easy to set an appointment and every referral I have required was sent expeditiously and they are always on top of any refill requests. I finally got a primary care doctor after years of not having one. When I called to make an appointment I told them to pick the doctor for me. I got Dr. Scott Smith. He was so nice. I had to bring my four year old with me and he was great with her as well. He's like a sweet fatherly figure who I feel like really cared about my issues and didn't make me feel rushed

I would never let a family member come here again! The office manager amber is the most unprofessional person ever! Overheard heard her talking about a patient and belittling them to her coworkers. If thats what they say to eachother how do they treat their patients. Everyone else there has been amazing but if they tolerate this that says more about the practice.

Called to let them know I tested positive for Covid. Struggling to sleep due to intense coughing. I tried over the counter cough meds which did absolutely nothing and was told to take Tylenol and use a humidifier. I asked for cough med with codeine as it helped me to rest when I had Covid a couple years ago. I was refused and told they don't prescribe that. I was left to suffer, struggling to breathe, sleep and fight Covid without even being offered Paxlovid which certainly would have helped. Horrible experience.
