I went in for a procedure with a new doctor today, Dr. Schuster. I can't tell you enough what a great experience it was. I am an inquisitive type, and he answered every single question I had with great worthwhile information. He spent extra time with me and addressed all my concerns and more. I highly recommend everyone at Jaffrey family medicine, I have only had positive experiences through the 10+ years I have been a patient. I highly recommend.
My doctor is excellent, he listens to me and really wants to help. The nurses and front office staff are very compassionate and kind. I feel well cared for at this practice.
Opinion has changed since first reviewed. I would recommmend Dr. Smith. I think the support staff, nurses and wtc are all very good at their jobs and helpful.
GREAT new staff there now, give them another try! 2025
My doctor is great but the little creep who took my weight refused to take my height and just made up a number so he could get it over with. I get that it's just a job to the staff, but it's my medical record and I would prefer it to be accurate.
