My mother and I went in for eye exams and new glasses. When my mom's glasses can in her bi-focals were off and the glasses had to be redone. The glasses were not properly fitted to her head and we ended up going else where so they could be fitted properly and not dig into her head and be uncomfortable. My glasses also had to be sent back for the same reason. I took them in to another eye doctor to have the frames fitted to my face because they were lopsided on my face.
