I feel like this office went downhill over the years. Dr. Gary Jaffe did a great job with my uncle's cataract surgery. Had to see Dr. Glatzer on one visit myself and don't see how this guy is still practicing, and that's putting it nicely. As far as the office goes, it's a bit chaotic. I go with my uncle on his appts and the records I've read of visits, always have inaccurate diagnosis codes and it seems like the records in the file aren't kept current. I had cataract surgery there and it did not turn out good at all, during the surgery I woke up and moved my head, needless to say the surgery results were poor, my eye sight in the surgery eye is poor, at first they tried to help me, after several weeks of me going back and forth I was shuffled to all of the different doctors, they tried the lazer and that didn't work , finally they started to abuse me verbally until I just stop going, my puple is displaced and my will not adjust to changing light. I had a very poor experience at this Institute It began when I walked in the door facing rude argumentative staff person and then meeting with the MD for 5" I was a new patient with glaucoma I had just moved to Florida and was referred here I traveled back to Ma to get proper attention and treatment
Excellent Doctors. Polite and capable staff. Perfect organization in surgery room and, again, very kind and efficient personnel.
