The lady actually gave me a hard time about not getting more oil changes like 4 times. It isn't your care, maybe if you weren't always doing this i wouldn't hate coming here so much. It was "making small talk" and i wanted to run out of there. It's not your car, and you always try to upsell, mind your own business
Had the nerve to act like i was getting such a deal when it was literally 5 times what i expected after not really being shown the paperwork i signed. I was told "they aren't the real prices" and i didn't even get to see the items. Than it was 1375 instead of the 250 i expected. Than the manager guy acts like Im just stupid and should get over it. Okay bro.
The worst experience I've ever had getting my car serviced. Rude people, showed no desire to help me, made me wait outside in the sun for my car to be serviced, even though they have a waiting room in the back that I only found out after my car was ready.
