My car was in an accident recently. We had the car transferred to Jaffarian collision center while we waited for our insurance to check the car. Mackenzie was super helpful the entire way through. We've never been in an accident before let alone a total loss, and let me tell you how much Mackenzie helped us through the stress and unknowns of the situation. Had a new hood painted and installed on my 4Runner here. MacKenzie and her dad (the manager-sorry, I forgot his name) were terrific !! They went out of their way to be accommodating and just down to earth great people! I appreciate you guys helping me out afterwards with getting badges on where I actually messed up. Took them only a week to repair my nearly totaled vehicle. These guys mean business.
Blown away with the amazing service at Jaffarian Collision Center in Haverhill. I brought my vehicle there to get repainted. When I picked up my truck, the paint looked amazing! The staff did a full walk around of the vehicle with me. When getting into my truck to leave it was evident that they took the time to do a quick interior detail. This was above and beyond the services we asked for. I can’t thank Mackenzie and Clayton enough for all their help and the amazing service their team provided.
