The staff seemed unaware what things were gluten-free. They offered me the beef Shawarma after I told them I had celiac disease. I also asked for a cup of water and they said they don’t do that. When you’re charged almost $15 for lunch, I don’t think it’s a big deal to get a cup for water
Such good & authentic Mediterranean food! We wanted to try some of everything so we got a few different dishes to do a family style dinner. Everything was amazing - especially the garlic fries & the baklava! I will never underestimate a mall food court restaurant again!
Chicken tasted like tuna, over-processed thawed from frozen — wanted this to be good and it was just so bad…
Although I have never eaten here, I HAD to leave a review. I came in as a panicked mom following a tracking app for my daughters phone. I looked everywhere in the food court and I was sure it ended up in someone's trash bin or cleaning cart. It looked to be in the back of the kitchen at Jaffa. Even though I was kind of freaking out at first Steven, the manager was so patient and kind to me.
