Prompt friendly service
Great experience in every aspect. Customer service is top tier, repair service was great (road bike cleaned, brakes and rotors replaced), and the price was reasonable. The environment makes you feel like family, not just another transaction.
Matt and crew provided OUTSTANDING service! I needed special assistance with my Cannondale Road bike and Matt took time to advise me which route to take, completed the work and was really professional in every step of the way along with exercising EXTREME attention to detail to have my bike in pristine condition and road ready. Moving forward I will definitely use Jaffe Cycling and highly recommend Matt and his team for any of your cycling needs.
