Jafco Plumbing and Sewer is now my go to for all my plumbing needs! Josh and his wonderful crew were great to work with. The employees were so conscientious on keeping everything clean going inside and out of the house. Upon completion of installing the new water main they left with the grounds and garden area looking better than when they started. I recommend this Company for any plumbing needs! Thank You Josh and all the employees for a job well done.
Had Jafco out for two jobs in 2023, a bit over 8K in total. Staff was considerate and friendly but the work hasn't held up well and Jafco isn't standing behind it. Water heater developed a leak from a valve at the top of the tank two years after installation, Jafco won't come inspect it without charging me. Shower cartridge installation failed after 18 months, had another plumbing company out to fix it. Miguel was my service tech. He was kind and personable. He spent time explaining the process and the results of his inspection. He worked to clear my drains and did a very thorough job. I am very satisfied with his work. Miguel is definitely a valuable asset to the company.
We had issues with water pressure in our condo unit. Garrett and Abraham recommended a better shower head system, changed out valves, and tried different options to give us the best possible water pressure. Jafco Plumbing and Sewer worked on my house's clogged sewer system in North Seattle in September 2025. Miguel, their estimator and emergency plumber, came to the first visit, an urgent call, and did a video of the sewer line and snaked it, and diagnosed a broken sewer line. Dakota, their project manager, outlined the problem, and the plan to dig down to the sewer they located, remove the broken old cast iron part, and replace it with PVC sewer line with a cleanout.
