We hired JAF for a full remodel of our home. We were told 90 days for inside and out. We eventually had to fire him because he couldn’t keep a crew, the work he did himself was such low quality, he repeatedly lies about getting things done or when they will be done. He’s got 2 pending legal cases for fraud and breech of contract from his previous business name. Did a great job remodeling my house to get it ready to rent out finished a week earlier than expected.
Very bad experience all around. Didn't complete the contract as agreed, didn't finish the job and didn't return the over paid funds. Poor communication and poor workmanship. I would strongly NOT recommend. The only reason it's a one star is because ZERO isn't available. * Upon seeing this review, Joel Farmer/JAF, neither of which are clients or have ever had a meeting with me to discuss financial services, made a negative review of my business in retaliation.
Very professional also good with communicating when your nervous answers all questions. Thank you for making it simple and having patience with me.
