My pipes burst during the February freeze/blackout causing severe water damage to several rooms. After pulling my hair out dealing with estimates from other "contractors" who were either uninsured or unwilling to commit to a price, I was given Federico's contact info at JAF. A fair bid, proof of insurnace, on-time work and a very professional crew. He even pointed out things the insurance adjuster missed that could have been a problem later. I've used JAF Construction a few times now. Every experience has been great and I cannot recommend them enough. I've had them replace the flooring in my master bedroom, fix drywall in the garage, and install new tile in my kitchen. They can do everything!
