Best customer service here. Been to Jae's several times and am always impressed at how friendly and welcoming they are. Stopped in recently to have some loose prongs looked at on the center stones of a pair earrings. Their jeweler tightened them for me while I waited. And...even more than I would have ever expected...they told me there was no charge for the service!! Superb establishment. Thank you....
