Jae's does not honor problems with purchases as they blame the manufacture. My husband bought me a lovely bracelet with small diamonds all around at Jae's (one of many pieces he bought there). After a year 1 fell off and, after long discussions, they replaced it for free. Great! However, 2 months after that 1 more diamond fell off and 1 month after that, 1 more diamond fell off. They didn’t an amazing job fixing my wedding band that was previously re sized at another gable’s jeweller which left me with blisters. I was so impressed with the way they managed to fix this. I also had my engagement ring re sized there which was done perfectly. The customer service is wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be purchasing all my jewellery from them going forward.
Jeanine was AMAZING!! Got everything in order for me, from pricing, design, product and all. She was super kind, professional, communicative, and overall a great person. I will be recommending all my friends and family to this place and I can assure you that the trust is all there.
These Google reviews are all scams, for sure!! I can say that with certainty because I went into this scam of a jewelry store and I was robbed by the scammer thief of the old man that is there, believe his name is Jae. I took in my Fathers Rolex Datejust to sell and this man has switched the major pieces from me!!!! I am still in shock actually, the band was switched, the crown of the Rolex and other pieces on the watch. I have filed a police report and this is ongoing.
