Great experience. It was a pleasure dealing with Yeltsin.
Terrible customer service experience trying to get my jewelry appraised. Was given false information from them prior to arriving for the appraisal and when I arrived they were even ruder and gave mixed messaging. Would never recommend coming here for any sort of appraisal or servicing. I’ll be going elsewhere.
Yeltsin was awesome! Helped me fixed my Movado and helped me choose another one as a gift for my mother! I highly recommend!!
