Today I went to this salon and had a very disappointing experience. I sat for almost 25 minutes without anyone attending to me. From the moment I arrived, I wrote down my name, but none of the staff bothered to greet me or ask what service I wanted. I felt completely ignored. While I waited, I saw the employees coming and going, assisting other customers and charging them without even paying attention to me. It was as if I didn’t exist. Spent 3 hours and hair was all greasy. Horrible and didn’t even want to re-wash and charged too much for just wash and dry.
DO NOT GO HERE!! i went here about a week ago. I asked for a wash and set. I washed my hair today and it turns out they snuck relaxer into my hair. My curl pattern is looser than before and the texture feels like relaxer was put into it. I repeat: do not go here!!
