I have been using this company for many years and let me tell you the customer service is top notch. I am a mom to a medical complex child and if my car is in the shop and I need a rental I always forget to grab my insurance card our of my car and no matter when I call or text they always answer me fast and send me whatever I need which normally is my insurance card.
