I am a foreman for who needs tool sharpened within a few weeks. I called them up and said, "They would get to them right away." and then i wouldn't hear from them for another two weeks. Due to there poor quality of service and performance I would not recommend them to anyone EVER AGAIN!! This happening too many times, I had to go with another local sharpener and have been happy ever since.
