Jaeger *might* be good at chimney services, really hard to tell because I scheduled two appointments, waited around for 4-hours and they never showed up, but once, but twice. They never called to let me know that they weren't coming and when I called to figure out where they were at, the scheduled appointment was a complete afterthought. This review is NOT for services rendered, rather the ability to honor a scheduled date and keep the customer informed.
