I dropped off a piece to be quoted and was told they would call ASAP, a week and a half later went back and they haven't even touched the piece I left, they never put a note on it of what I wanted and just threw a bunch of other items on top of it as if it was not important. Very disappointed.
Mr. Kurt is awesome built me and my wife a gorgeous pivot door for out home.
