I’m usually very nervous about dental visits, but DJ, the Operations Manager, and Liya were so kind and welcoming! They made me feel completely comfortable, and I actually left the office smiling. 🦷 Highly recommend!
My experience with Dr. Ribeiro and the staff at Falls Church Modern Dentistry was amazing. The previous day, I cracked a tooth. This was this first time it happened and I was upset and scared. I called the following morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Dr. Ribeiro was professional and explained everything to me. This is a corporate owned dental practice. Their prices are above market and use every opportunity to nickle and dime the patient. Never experienced this at other practices. They may provide okay services but their costs arent justified. My negative experiences *exactly match* the other not so great reviews here. Be very wary of 5 star reviews here. Many of them are bots or purchased reviews.
I am a long term patient of Dr. Rubeiro and followed him from Lorton to Falls Church, but my experience with the new office management has deteriorated significantly. The office told me today would not provide a routine cleaning because it believed periodontal cleaning was clinically required. I declined the periodontal treatment. The office manager, a tall burley African American guy, came to tell me curtly that I was scheduled for a periodontal cleaning, and there is no way I can have a regular cleaning when the appointmen... read more
