Had my dental cleaning today and it’s been years since I’ve been to the dentist. Durrel, the manager up front was kind and helpful and very welcoming. Dr. Ribeiro is awesome. He made me feel at ease and we laughed through my appointment. Hentii the hygienist did a great job to cleaning my teeth and got me back to feeling good. My kids were with me and the whole team was so kind to them while I got my cleaning done. I’ll be bringing them back and just want to thank the team for an exceptional cleaning and experience.
ALWAYS check your EOB (Explanation of benefits) after visiting this place. I have avoided this review for as long as I could, but I am beyond disgusted, disappointed and furious with the service at Fall church modern dentistry. They are the biggest of scammers. I went there on June and July 2025, to do a root canal and Crown. They are more than fast to push me their super amazing payment plan. I refused it, as I had insurance and could pay the outstanding on my card using my FSA funds. thank God I had FSA, because it was thr... read more
I had a great experience at Falls Church Modern Dentistry. I was helped by Karina when I checked in. I had been here in the past but had scheduled an appointment for elsewhere not realizing. Karina said that they can have someone see me. Even though I had no appointment with them! She was also very clear while going over my financial arrangement.
