I'm sorry but, I dont think she really knows what she's doing. She's quick to test you for all kinds of stuff that has nothing to do with the actual problem and forgets the reason why you went in the first place. I would not recommend her to anyone.
Worst bedside manner. Treats you as attacking her when you are upset about a test result or ask questions. She also immediately jumps to referrals for minor complaints. She probably needs to go back to school to learn how to actually treat someone.
This was our first experience at the Family Practice, and having Jae as our caretaker was the worst experience we’ve ever had with any health care professional. I took my mom in who is mentally incapacitated, who had a lump on her Breast to be examined. Jae did every other test, had the worst bedside manner, was lackadaisical in genuinely caring about my mom, and did not even take one look at the lump, and proceeded to tell her to get dressed and left us and went to take care of another patient
