I didn’t get a CT read for a month and I had called every week. Then a nurse looked at it while i was on the phone upset asking how no one could have read it and she said it looked fine to her. I was upset that she was reading it and just then. The next day an administrator called me with the results that were not fine. There was thickening of the small intestine. My fiancee (who's 29) is having severe issues (won't go into graphic detail) went to him. Gets a colonoscopy they don't see anything and biopsy comes back negative and the doctors office calls to tell her they didn't find anything that she should come back when she's 50 for another colonoscopy. So instead of the doctor admitting that he's beyond his knowledge and referring her to another doctor who could potentially help her, she needs to live with this for the next 21 years and then come back for a colonoscopy. Dr. Kim is a brilliant gastroenterologist. As a doctor, I perhaps see things in a different light and want to share how thoroughly impressed I am with is compassion & concern for achieving optimal outcomes. He is highly skilled and extremely thorough when addressing and explaining the situation at hand. Dr. Kim is a physician who will do his absolute best to make you comfortable. I highly recommend him!

I recieved a letter with a totally different last name then I have. Travel over an hour for my appointment get there and it's for a different month. Someone needs to pay attention to what's going on. In search for a new GI. I should of seen the red flag when the Dr was "listening" to lung and bowel sounds and the stethoscope barely touched my skin.
