선생님 덕분에 편하게 한국말로 상담/대장내시경/팔로우업까지 잘 마쳤습니다. 전혀 예상하지 못했던 신경내분비성 종양이 나와서 놀라기도 했지만 사이즈가 정말 작을때 제거 할 수 있어서 감사했고 선생님께서도 너무 걱정하지말라고 종양이 나왔던 위치나 사이즈나 모든것을 봤을때 가장 좋은 시나리오라며 친절하게 잘 설명해주셨습니다. 물론 미국 병원이기에 영어를 하셔야하는 상황도 분명 있지만 제 경험으로 적어보자면 예약: 한국말 통역사 필요하다하면 프론데스크 직원이 연결해줘서 본인, 통역사, 프론데스크 직원 3명이서 통화하면서 예약 잡을 수 있음 오피스 방문시 프론데스크: 커밍 오피스(일반진료), 쟌스크릭 오피스(일반진료 보는곳과 내시경 받는곳 나눠져 있음) 3곳 모두 영어 하셔야함 <커밍 오피스> 옆에서 도와주시는 간호사 선생님이 한국분이셔서 한국말로 소통 수월하게 가능, 너무 친절하시고 꼼꼼하게 도와주심, 통화할 일도 여러번 있었는데 너무 잘 챙겨주심, 대장내시경 준비 관련 서류도 한국말로된거 주심, 마지막에 내시경 예약 잡아주시는분만 미국분이라... read more
2 hour wait for a consultation. I filled out the forms on line and then they made me do it again when I got there. I watched numerous people come in after me and go back before me. I finally said something about the wait I was told I should just leave and reschedule. When I finally got back the nurse was rude as well. My consultation took less than 5 minutes.
