i had this company put tiles on my business flor and customers kept almost falling. The tiles were NOT level and i called them to level them and the response i got was they are within spec. I had water leak under the tiles as the tiles were NOT sealed correctly. i had to hire another contractor and they showed me the moisture under the tiles and what can grow from allow this to happen. James and crew we're great. Office staff was professional and helpful. James kept us informed of arrival times and progress. Workers were great. Professional, careful, cleaned up each day. No more flat leaky roof for us. Yay. Highly recommend JAE Construction.

We were fortunate to find JAE for reconstruction work on our 1880s house. The crew was great, very clean, polite and informative. All demolition was done fast and the demolished materials were removed immediately. The office folks kept us well informed, and always gave us advance notice when they were to arrive for work The work was done fast and professionally. I look forward to working with JAE again in the future on other repairs I will need. A great experience. Good, honest folks.
