Terrible! Seemed like laid back guys. They did my itemized return in a matter of minutes asking little to no questions. I gave zero proof of itemization so I’m assuming they “fudged” the numbers. I didn’t have all my tax forms so we needed to file for an extension. I’ve since sent them the forms with no response, they don’t answer the phone, and no one is at the office during office hours. Jads must be some sort of scam or front. DO NOT come here.

Looks to be permanently closed. Nobody picking up the phone or returning calls for months. Nobody there during posted business hours either.

Used them for two years - this year with our move we filed an extension. For the last five months - no answer when you call, no reply to emails. This makes me nervous. Seems like an agency that just opens during the tax season then disappears for the rest of the year. Nothing worse then not having all your tax documents with a no show tax firm.

This is not a usual review for me. Everything went smoothly in the beginning, good customer service and a simplified process. My 2023 extension was filed and the IRS received my payment. On my next meeting I was informed I would receive a refund. I still have not received it because my return has not been filed. These people are very difficult to get ahold of.
