We paid a fortune to have our taxes done and they did not submit them correctly so the IRS charged us 4,000 extra dollars and it is collecting interest. When I called Jads they did not answer, would not return voicemails, and have no email, or social media- nothing! SO I have no way of contact them. All they only have one phone number! That they don't answer or respond to. It is June and I still do not have my return and owe a ton of money because of their mistake. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Pls any help I can get, I will appreciate this, how can I get a hold of Jad himself, No one picks up the phone number at the office, I have driven out there, there is no one in the office and there is no email on the website. Pls pls if someone can pls respond to my calls( left a ton of VM) I will truly appreciate this. Thank you so much
I have been using JADS for years. It’s a family owned business that believes in delivering the best possible service to their clients. The friends I have sent to JADS have become regulars that are as happy as I am !
I have never done my taxes in person before. I was referred here by my relative who has been seeing Nick for over a decade. I cannot believe how friendly, relatable, and efficient the people at this business are. Their fees are reasonable and saved my husband and I a LOT more money that would've been taken by the IRS. We will be back next year and will definitely recommend Nick (and Jads Tax!) to everyone we know.
