Looks to be permanently closed. Nobody picking up the phone or returning calls for months. Nobody there during posted business hours either.
Used them for two years - this year with our move we filed an extension. For the last five months - no answer when you call, no reply to emails. This makes me nervous. Seems like an agency that just opens during the tax season then disappears for the rest of the year. Nothing worse then not having all your tax documents with a no show tax firm.
This is not a usual review for me. Everything went smoothly in the beginning, good customer service and a simplified process. My 2023 extension was filed and the IRS received my payment. On my next meeting I was informed I would receive a refund. I still have not received it because my return has not been filed. These people are very difficult to get ahold of. We paid a fortune to have our taxes done and they did not submit them correctly so the IRS charged us 4,000 extra dollars and it is collecting interest. When I called Jads they did not answer, would not return voicemails, and have no email, or social media- nothing! SO I have no way of contact them. All they only have one phone number! That they don't answer or respond to. It is June and I still do not have my return and owe a ton of money because of their mistake. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Pls any help I can get, I will appreciate this, how can I get a hold of Jad himself, No one picks up the phone number at the office, I have driven out there, there is no one in the office and there is no email on the website. Pls pls if someone can pls respond to my calls( left a ton of VM) I will truly appreciate this. Thank you so much
