Honestly, a little disappointed with this company. Product came fine and is great but unfortunately I received the same product at my child’s birthday and because it was just after 30 days, they wouldn’t accept a return even though it’s still packaged and untouched. I reached out to the company hoping for some empathy and understanding but was sent flat responses pointing to the T&Cs.
