I had two carpets and an upholstered chair cleaned and I was very pleased with the results, including removal of an oily stain from a reclining chair. The staff were courteous and the job was done in a timely fashion.

Got the work done but not with satisfactory outcomes. I had ordered the special treatment for two coffee spills on the floor and none of got removed. I then tried myself with some recipe from YouTube (Hydrogen Peroxide) guess what, they were gone instantly. Thought you guys are pro. Disappointed. Update: thanks Jason for taking care of this matter promptly and professionally. It showed how much you guys care about your customers.
