I wish I remembered the name of our cleaner because he did a fantastic job. Our carpets needed to be cleaned before we moved in and we had no idea what some of the stains were… paint, make up??? Our cleaner was able to identify the stains and remove them. Even some weird black stain which looked like eye shadow stomped in there. I am very happy with how the carpets turned out. I would certainly recommend this company.
The technician who did our carpet stretching was excellent. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I also give the carpet and upholstery cleaner 5 stars. He did a meticulous job! Even the tricky stains that I didn't expect to come clean are gone!
