Fantastic! Emily was outstanding and service was spot on! The location is fantastic, plenty of parking but as food for thought maybe add some art work to the very white and empty walls.

Tori did a wonderful job on my hair. I will definitely be coming back. She made me feel very comfortable. It was my first visit with Tori.

Thank you so much, Miss Angie, for doing everything you could to correct my haircut. It is leaps and bounds better than what I originally left with. I am beyond disappointed at the service I received at JRS. I waited over 40 mins for the stylist to arrive & showed a photo of the last time I had been at the salon and 4 hrs into being there was asked if I was on a time crunch. In total I spent 6 hrs at the salon and my hair looked awful. I booked an appointment to see Michaela for the first time, and thought it would be fine since it was starting over the lunch hour, and then my boss, assuming I had nothing to do over the lunch hour, decided to have a super long meeting with me so I was FORTY minutes late.
