I am beyond disappointed at the service I received at JRS. I waited over 40 mins for the stylist to arrive & showed a photo of the last time I had been at the salon and 4 hrs into being there was asked if I was on a time crunch. In total I spent 6 hrs at the salon and my hair looked awful. I booked an appointment to see Michaela for the first time, and thought it would be fine since it was starting over the lunch hour, and then my boss, assuming I had nothing to do over the lunch hour, decided to have a super long meeting with me so I was FORTY minutes late.
