Scam restaurant. Refused to deliver food and did not refund me. Unacceptable.
Im surprised by the number of negative reviews. Ive eaten at Crystal Jade so many times and the food is always amazing. Very low prices for what they serve, in my opinion they have the best chicken wings for local takeout. You can get a ton of food for well under $30. Food is always hot, never had an issue with quality. Ive only done carry out but never had an issue with service in that regard.
Ordered shrimp fried rice. Large pieces of shrimp. Food was hot and fresh.
I ordered the General Tsos chicken and the egg drop soup and I have to say this is some of the worst food I've ever had. I thought I might be able to eat the white rice that came with it and I was wrong. It looked like a couple of mice fece pellets on top as soon as I opened the box.
