Extremely poor project management, bad communication with sub-contractors. Pool took over 12 months to complete and formal handover non-existent. Unfortunately, we heard all the negative feedback when it was too late. Save yourself the pain and frustration, look elsewhere.
We have found Matt and the team at Jade pools to be extremely helpful and professional the entire way through our project. They were always happy to answer all questions and provide useful information and guidance at every stage. Communication was always provided promptly from both the office ladies and the different trades needed along the way. The build of our pool, although a tricky build went smoothly and has exceeded our expectations. We truly love our pool. We could not recommend Jade pools highly enough.
Matt and the team at jade pool was fantastic in helping us navigate, organising and implementing our pool from start, finish and beyond. We are really happy with our decision to go with jade pool over other pool companies. Communication and response time was fantastic.
We had a few pool companies quote and our neighbour used and recommended Jade. We are very happy with Matt and the team. All the contacts at Jade were helpful and always responded when we had questions or were indecisive with ideas. Would recommend Jade if you are looking at a pool. We used a number of trades Jade recommended .. such as Steve for the fencing and for our pool tiles ...but they were also flexible when we wanted to source our own stone pavers. We are very happy with the outcome!
