Providing 1 star only because I am required to give at least that. I personally did not contract their services, but was a bridesmaid in a wedding that did. The wedding was September 2023 and the couple still has not gotten their video. The signed contract stated their video would be available within 5 months of their wedding date. We're at 12 MONTHS, and NOTHING. Not even so much as a "sneak peak". Don’t ever use this service. Don’t make the same mistake I did-please listen to the reviews. I got married in September and am still waiting for my wedding video (it is now mid August) when I was told it would take 3-6 months. Little communication at all after multiple email and phone calls; the best they could do was say they were ‘backed up’. Would not recommend to anyone.

I hate to write negative reviews however, I never want another newly wed couple to experience the horror that we are currently going through by engaging in business with this company. Our wedding was on June 3rd,2023. To date (10/25/23) we still have yet to receive even half of our wedding package. We were told the turn around should be 2-4 months. If I could I would give it negative stars..They don't understand or know the meaning of communication...they go past the contractual time with no explanations or some sort of refund and the pictures were mediocre at best
