First time and last time I will ever buy tickets through this company. They canceled the Aaron Lewis concert back in August 2025 said I would receive a refund back on my card by September. Well that is not the case. I have made several calls to tge local number and have talked to the receptionist who is a very kind lady and agrees with why im so frustrated with the whole situation. Im sorry but it doesn't take 4 months to reimburse someone back. Very very disappointed!
I broke my ankle leading up to a concert event and needed to change my seats. Jen Taylor went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made the experience memorable in an extremely positive way. Thank you to Jen for the amazing customer service!
Thought I posted this right after the Willie Nelson concert. Somehow it never saved. That was a hugely disappointing night. Spent 300 bucks on tickets for my mom's 70th birthday and her college friend from LA who got stuck on jury duty. So basically 300 bucks for my mom's 70th birthday with just us two.
