The kindness that this company showed me is above and beyond. I was able to bring my kiddo to her first concert and build memories with her just from the kindness of the staff. Thank you!
Jade Presents is one of the worst event and production companies. I’m kind of sad that this is the biggest name in regards to event production in the area. They are also very rude, including the “higher-ups” …I just can’t respect this company. I’ve preferred other production companies in other cities I’ve lived or have visited. They need to get organized, better at customer service, and maybe they’d be better.
First time and last time I will ever buy tickets through this company. They canceled the Aaron Lewis concert back in August 2025 said I would receive a refund back on my card by September. Well that is not the case. I have made several calls to tge local number and have talked to the receptionist who is a very kind lady and agrees with why im so frustrated with the whole situation. Im sorry but it doesn't take 4 months to reimburse someone back. Very very disappointed!
