I have been coming here for years and I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Jade. I get manicures, pedicures and waxing. I am a content creator and it’s important to have my nails in great shape! I love them!

My experience here was the most unpleasant ever! They would not give me a refund after my nail chipped 2 hours after leaving the salon. I would have just gotten it fixed but during my appointment they were speaking about me in their language and no longer feel comfortable going back.

Very disappointed. I was visiting from out of state on Wednesday and stopped in for a gel mani and regular pedi. On FRIDAY my gel mani started to chip. Today is Monday and I now have THREE CHIPPED "GEL" NAILS! I called and requested a refund as I am now back in the state I reside in and there is NO WAY I can purchase a round trip ticket just to go get my nails fixed! This place was rude, unpleasant and not accommodating as they refused to giving me a refund on my nails after day 1 they were chipping. I was very polite with my approach and got a rude response back. I would describe this place to be unprofessional as well for how they talked to me and refused to give me my money back.
