Last time coming here. The inconsistency is ridiculous. Last time I got French tips, SHORT for $70 LOL; they were uneven. Also got waxed brows, next time it was just not the same. As I said, the inconsistency in their work is apparent. Got a pedicure today and the paint is already off some of my toes. Thought about going back for them to fix it but I’m over this salon, today was my last day.

My hubby and I went here for several years, spending $250-$350ish + a week and tipping generously. We’d get luxury manis/pedis and I’d get regular polish. A little while back they let go of (we were told) a technician we used and really liked and since then we weren’t able to establish consistency with technicians. As easy as it is to do my nails, just regular polish, they looked different each week with different techs. I do not normally come to this salon, but I was in the area and thought I would give it a try. I asked for SNS, and my nails are uneven, and every single nail looks like there is a spotty color under the top color. The topcoat was not applied evenly on any of the nails, there are holes and gaps, and is are all uneven. The right thumb nail is already cracked across the nail. The shape is perfect.
