A little while back they let go of (we were told) a technician we used and really liked and since then we weren’t able to establish consistency with technicians. I do not normally come to this salon, but I was in the area and thought I would give it a try. I asked for SNS, and my nails are uneven, and every single nail looks like there is a spotty color under the top color. The topcoat was not applied evenly on any of the nails, there are holes and gaps, and is are all uneven. The right thumb nail is already cracked across the nail. The shape is perfect.
