I left one star only because I can't leave 0!! My son is 8 years old and he sold his go-kart to have enough money to buy himself a dirtbike from Jade moon! We spent over $900+ on a BRAND NEW DIRTBIKE on July 6th 2020 thats a monday...by Tuesday (the next day) it wouldn't start!! first i'm disabled on a small fixed income can't git a licence so moped is my only option. let me tell ya these china bikes are garbage. called this guy he refused to offer any advice, had to bring it to him to fix. the problem was the breather was clogged, i used to ride HD and was club mechanic so this rebuild was nothing $150 later realized breather on valve cover hose clogged. why couldn't he help a man out, hell i'd of bought all my parts from him from now on. this guy is a assh@le. his parts, bikes and every thing else... read more

terrible terrible customer service. I wish I had read these reviews before taking my daughter's scooter to be serviced. I agree with the others. The owner promises the world but then doesn't make good on his promises.
I am a USC student and needed a moped for transportation to school and my internship. The owner is a crook and the scooters are junk! The trunk on the back flew off as I was riding home and almost hit someone. When I took it back the mechanic was nice and said he would take care of it but the owner came out and told me I was out of luck. He tried to put the trunk on about 5 times and couldn't do it. My husband bought a moped when we just moved here. They sold him one for $1,200, and it didn't even get home without a problem. They attempted to fix it, but the samething kept happening. Less than a month of owning it, my husband tried to get them to buy it back, but they said they would only give him $250 for it. If you are buying moped for you or your child, stay away from Jade Moon! The mechanics are great, but the owner is horrible!
Spent 1,200 the 4 wheeler broke. Took it back and had to pay 150 to get a new battery and blow the carp-orator out. On a NEW item. Full of ish. Please save yourself the headache.
If your looking for a scooter or need work on your scooter. Don't bother with anyone else, their customer service, pricing and multiple product knowledge. FAR exceeds anyone in the area. Most places your lucky to have the look at you scooter after a week, here they pride themselves on getting you up and out the same day! You won't beat the service or price.
