i.e., A local favorite, This company always goes the extra mile. Their people are well trained. When ever there is a problem they respond right away and fix it. Everybody is different but one of my pet peeves are clean restrooms. Our restrooms are not only clean they smell clean. We love Maria she has been doing our office for years and knows what we like. I highly recommend them because they do a good job and they keep the same cleaning people cleaning our building

Our company is a medium size company of about 85 employees. As the HR person I get all the building issue complains. The complaints I used to get about the cleaning was my biggest problem. The cleaning company touches everyone in our office. When we got Jade Maintenance office cleaning services my problems essentially went away. They do more than the contract calls for. I am glad I made the change Finally we found a cleaning company that not does what they say but they do more. They keep our vinyl floors waxed and clean and our restrooms smell good. I do not get the complaints like I used to every day. I am glad we made the change.
