I gave ** star because of the location. That's the only thing going for this apartment. However, if you are on the hunt for good apartment, I'd highly suggest you stay away from this place. The Manager by the name of Ashley is horrible. She wouldn't accommodate but charge you outrageous fees for anything and everything. She also lie to you. I was quoted base rate of $1395 for 2B but I was paying close to $1600 every month for that dilapidated apartment after other fees/charges they make you pay. Decent place to live. Diverse group of people throughout the apartment. Maintenance team is top tier and quick to respond. Walls are thin and floors may creek. The first apartment manager was not as responsive or active. The following apartment manager was a lot better.
